2. How can I book a free introductory session?

3. Do your coaching and workshops take place online or on site?
Both are possible! I offer online sessions and workshops, as well as face-to-face events by arrangement.

5. How long do the coaching sessions last?
A typical coaching session lasts around 90 minutes. Packages and longer coaching sessions are also possible.
