Why with me?
Thanks to my many years of experience as a climate resilience manager in the mayor's office, I have first-hand knowledge of the realities of municipal change processes.
I know where the practical difficulties lie – between political expectations, limited resources and complex coordination processes – and what it takes to remain capable of action in this area.
In my work, I combine strategic clarity with a keen sense of the dynamics within organisations. The aim is to strengthen cooperation, create orientation and shape change in such a way that it becomes sustainable and effective.
